Privately owned luxury 4 bed 3 bath detached villa in the gated community of Southern Dunes. This splendid property benefits from a South facing pool and is tastefully furnished and decorated with many upgraded features and extras.
Description:
Within walking distance from the villa are 24-hour supermarkets, restaurants, takeaways and banks. A major shopping mall is only a short drive away. The exclusive Southern Dunes development is a championship golf course which is rated in the top 100 courses in the US and is considered one of the finest in Central Florida.
Living Areas:
There are two living areas, one off the dining area, comfortably furnished with a TV at the front of the property, the other tiled, off the kitchen and with views onto the pool offering an X-Box 360. There is a pull out sofa for a maximum capacity of 10 guests.
Kitchen Area:
The large kitchen is very well equipped with a cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer and ice-maker, kettle, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. There is a kitchen table and four chairs and plenty of space for light meals. All essential crockery, pots, pans, glassware, cutlery and utensils are provided. Washer and dryer, iron and ironing board are for your convenience and located in the garage.
Master Bedroom:
The master has a grand king sized bed, side cabinets, dresser, along with a wooden crib for our younger guests and a television. A view out onto the pool on one side and huge en-suite bathroom make this a very desirable room. The en-suite includes a large shower, separate corner bathtub and plenty of hanging space in a walk in closet.
Other Bedrooms:
Also towards the front of the villa is a queen bedroom which boasts an en-suite bathroom, closet space and a mounted flat screen TV. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms have four single beds between them and share a good sized bathroom.
A baby crib and high chair are provided for younger guests.
Games Room:
Located in the garage this is a room well worth a mention. With various outdoor equipment including a barbecue and bicycles this also contains a home gym for guests use and a large pool table that will flip over to become an air hockey table in seconds. In the living area there is a X-Box 360 with two controllers and games, more of which can be rented in Blockbuster across the street.
Pool Area:
The south facing pool is a very attractive feature with lots of deck space for sunbathing and outdoor dining, especially the shaded lanai, away from the pool itself. The raised spa provides a great splash pool or can be used for a night time soak especially when the water is heated. A bug shield is built around the pool to keep them out and a safety fence is erected around the water as a precautionary measure.
