Property Description:
Venetian Bay has a secure gated entrance and the clubhouse has a huge pool and spa with wrap-around sundeck and dynamic water features, kids’ playground and a cool shaded lanais. There is a fully equipped gym, business centre/reading room/computer centre plus a guest lounge with a large screen TV to meet and chat with other guests. The complex at Venetian Bay has tennis, basketball and volleyball courts plus picnic and barbecue areas. Each village at Venetian Bay also has its own village pool.

Living Area:
Enter through the door and come into our lounge/diner and relax on the modern sofas (one which converts to a queen size bed if required) surrounding the contemporary furniture which includes a dining table and seating for 4 TV and DVD. Next to the lounge/diner, you will find our fully equipped kitchen, which includes dishwasher, microwave, cooker and large fridge/freezer. Upstairs on the landing you will find a vanity sink and washer/dryer. There are hairdryers in all bathrooms and all linens, towels are provided.

Master Bedrooms:
Just off the downstairs family room is the master bedroom with a king size bed, nightstands with lamps, alarm clock and telephone plus a dresser and a TV and video. There is a large walk-in closet and a private master bathroom with vanity basin, toilet and whirlpool bath and shower. Upstairs you will find the second master bedroom with a queen size bed, nightstands with lamps, alarm clock, dresser, closet space plus private bathroom with vanity basin, toilet and bath/shower.
