Within walking distance from the villa are 24-hour supermarkets, restaurants, takeaways and banks. A major shopping mall is only a short drive away. The exclusive Southern Dunes development is a championship golf course, which is rated in the top 100 courses in the US and is considered one of the finest in Central Florida.
Living Areas:
There are two living areas for everyone’s convenience. One being a peaceful setting for some time out, and the other offering a hub of activity via the open plan kitchen and looking out on the pool area through patio doors. The room includes a television and DVD player to entertain away from the sunshine.
Kitchen Area:
The kitchen has every appliance to suit your requirements, with cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer and ice-maker, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. A small kitchen table and chairs are available for breakfast and small meals. All essential crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots and pans are provided. Washer and Dryer for all your laundry needs are in the garage.
Master Bedroom:
The Master Bedroom is very comfortable with a queen size bed and cable television. Sliding doors to the pool area make for a second access point. There is a generous en-suite bathroom with corner tub and double shower together with a walk in closet large enough for all your luggage.
Other Bedrooms:
The 2nd Bedroom also has an en-suite with a full bed and includes a television and a closet. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms offer extra sleeping accommodation with two sets of twin beds and more closet space. The 3rd bathroom provides a bath with shower over and conveninetly opens out onto the pool deck. A baby crib and high chair are also provided for younger guests.
Pool Area:
The South facing pool and deck includes dining furniture and a breath-taking view of the lake. The property is in a great location on Southern Dunes and has stunning rear views and not overlooked. The surrounding pool cage keeps insects out and a safety barrier is put up for young children. Pool heat is available on request and a pool light is operational from inside the house.
