Hi. We had a great time in Orlando. This was only the second time we have stayed in Orlando and last year we stayed in Disney (never again). I have to say, your villa is in a perfect spot .Southern dunes is beautiful and just far enough away to be out of the Disney rat race but not too far for visiting it. There is nothing you could want for; everything is right on I 27. We go to Naples Fl about twice a year and although we try to get the same place it always does not happen, so I would say we probable have rented about 6 -7 different villas since we started going. I have to say, your villa is the first I have ever walked into and it was perfectly clean, I mean Very clean. The villa decor is great, very homey and I think the furniture is very nice and comfy. There was nothing I needed that wasn't there, very well stocked. You really do have a very nice villa, inside and out. I am not sure when we will be going back to Orlando, but when we do I will be calling you. I will highly recommend your villa to friends and family.

“We wanted to say a special thank you to Roy, Sue and their team for the help they have given us over the past couple of months.

You know that feeling when you are 4000 miles away and you get a phone call to say that your house has been broken into. You feel so helpless, we got such a call the beginning of December and we had friends going into the property for six weeks over Christmas in the next couple of days. We need not have worried, Roy and his team took over, they contacted the police and our insurers, forms were completed for us, and all we had to do was wire over funds before the insurance company paid us and they went out and bought new TV’s and a DVD for us, installed and programmed them. Our friends arrived and all was as if nothing had happened. I wonder how many management companies would have done this.
