The family entertainment area, with ceiling fan and overlooking the pool, provides a 26" HD flat screen cable television with DVD player and a number of movies on DVD. There are a selection of board games and puzzles, together with a variety of novels, to keep you entertained throughout your stay.Kitchen Area:
The fully-fitted kitchen offers all the necessary appliances for your stay, with cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer and ice-maker, dishwasher, waste-disposal, kettle and toaster. A kitchen table & chairs for six are also provided for breakfast or more casual dining. All essential crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots and pans are provided. A washer & dryer can be found in the garage for guest use.Master Bedroom:
A spacious, comfortable space with a queen size bed, 22" HD cable television, DVD player and table for your computer or a private breakfast area. The full sliding doors allow access to the lanai and pool area. A generous en-suite bathroom provides a corner tub, double shower and separate WC, together with a large walk-in closet.Second Master :
A second en-suite bedroom provides a full bed, 19" HD cable television, a large closet and bathroom including a shower/bath.Other Bedrooms:
Two further twin rooms offer cable television and more closet space. In addition, a baby crib and high chair are available for younger guests.Pool Area:
The west facing pool and large deck includes sunbeds for soaking up the Florida sun, a round table and four chairs. The surrounding pool cage keeps out the bugs and the safety barrier is a preventative requirement for young children. Pool heat is available on request and a pool light is operational from inside the house.Games Room:
The central piece of this games room is a 8-foot slate bed pool table, with both billiards/pool and snooker balls available for your game of choice.There is an ESPN air hockey table, with glow in the dark features. It's not easy, but if you really want, you can play this one in the dark.
The electronic darts board uses soft tip darts so our younger guests can play along safely.
There are whiteboard scoreboards if you want to keep score.
The entire room is carpeted for your comfort, together with a pedestal fan to help keep you cool. We've even provided a table and chairs for you to chill out while you wait your turn. If you prefer outdoor activities, we've supplied tennis rackets, tennis balls (for use on the community courts) and even a fishing rod.
